Job Description

Lead and oversee all power operations across multiple data center sites, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and safety. Manage teams responsible for electrical infrastructure, UPS, generators, switchgear, maintenance, and emergency response. Develop strategies to optimize energy use, implement standards, and coordinate capital projects.

Require 10+ years in data center power or critical facilities, strong leadership, budgeting and vendor management experience, and deep technical knowledge of electrical systems. Excellent communication, regulatory compliance, and problem-solving skills are essential. PMP or electrical engineering background preferred.
