Job Description
The Director of Communications leads our public relations and brand strategy, managing media relations, internal and external messaging, and crisis communications. You will develop integrated communications plans, oversee a small team, coordinate content across channels, and measure campaign impact. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in communications or PR, excellent writing and presentation skills, strong leadership, and experience with media outreach and digital platforms. Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and ability to maintain brand voice under pressure are required. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred; portfolio of successful campaigns and measurable results is a plus.
