Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Director of Housekeeping to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, order, and a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and special requests
Requirements: 5 years of housekeeping management and hotel experience required.
Pay: $81,641.00 – $105,00.00 per year
Location: In person at New York, NY 10018
