Job Description
Join our team as a Dispatcher responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, assigning drivers, monitoring routes, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff via phone and radio, update schedules, handle emergencies, and use dispatch software/GPS to optimize routes. Requires high school diploma, 1+ year logistics or dispatch experience, strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills, and ability to work shifts. Familiarity with MS Office and GPS/dispatch systems preferred. Attention to detail, calm decision-making under pressure, and valid driver’s license are required.
