Job Description

The Doorman at Ebb and Flow plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for our guests. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing mental fitness and outward appearances to gauge prospective clients’ eligibility.
• Greeting all customers who enter and leave the facility in a personable manner.
• Escorting rowdy clients off of our premises when necessary.
• De-escalating any tense situations that occur with a calm demeanor.
• Ensuring no customers leave the premises with drinks.
• Reporting security-related matters to local authorities and your manager.
