Job Description
Duane Reade is seeking a dynamic, flexible, and motivated team player to join the Pharmacy department as a Pharmacy Technician. In this role, you will verify prescription information, prepare labels, and support our patients’ health needs.
Essential Duties:
- Ensure prescription accuracy.
- Count, pour, and mix medications as required.
- Prepare and affix prescription labels.
- File and price prescriptions for pharmacist verification.
- Handle patient profiles and manage inventory.
- Refer inquiries to a pharmacist.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation is $17.50 – $21.50 per hour.
