Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eBanking Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an eBanking Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our digital banking services.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers with online banking inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security of digital transactions. You will also collaborate with the IT department to improve system functionalities and user experiences.
Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of eBanking platforms, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
