Job Description

Summary: The One to One Observer provides constant personal observation of patients. This role involves communication and support for the healthcare team, patients, and their significant others while maintaining high professional ethics.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one observation of assigned patients, ensuring a safe and calm environment.
• Offer care for patients in restraints.
• Identify and communicate changes in patient status to RNs.
• Assist in orienting the healthcare team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Strong communication skills are required. Must have a High School diploma or GED. Successful completion of an Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.
