Job Description

Position: Evening Receptionist (5 PM – 9 PM)

The Evening Receptionist will greet all individuals entering the front office in a friendly manner, responding to their business needs while ensuring security by monitoring visitors. Duties include answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, taking messages as needed, processing outgoing mail, and maintaining the front office area with all required business equipment.
