Job Description

Job Overview: As an Event Coordinator for Access Nonprofit Center | Black Families Connect, you will plan, organize, and execute small workshops, holiday events, and seminars for the community. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of events from conception to completion.
  • Select venues, vendors, and manage event budgets.
  • Oversee event setup and handle any emergencies.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations.

Job Type: Contract, Pay: $50.00 – $75.00 per hour, Expected hours: 5 per week.

Experience: 5 years in guest services and event coordinating required.

Work Location: In person.
