Job Description
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO at Ad-Wear & Specialty of Texas. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management.
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare materials.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Required).
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (Preferred).
- Must be able to commute to Houston, TX 77063.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
