Join PFG Specialty as an Experienced Fish Cutter! You will be responsible for cutting fish to specifications using hand tools, ensuring quality control, and following sanitation protocols.

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday to Saturday, Sundays Off)
• Time: 6 PM to 3 AM (Night Shift)
• Salary Range: $18 to $30 per hour based on experience

Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of fish cutting experience.
