Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Expo Booth Manager to join our team at Wokworks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Expedite food orders promptly and accurately.

– Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

– Answer phone calls and manage reservations.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand.

– Assist with cleanup.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in customer service, preferably in food service or hospitality.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
