Job Description
Orland Toyota is seeking an Express Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service. This role involves greeting customers in a friendly manner, identifying vehicle needs, and facilitating communication between customers and technicians.
Job Requirements:
- Timely and friendly customer greetings
- Determining vehicle needs through inspections
- Assist customers with ongoing maintenance
- Communicate with technicians for timely service
- Produce transparent repair orders

Qualifications:
- 6 months – 1 year experience in automotive service
- High-energy and positive attitude
- Willing to work Saturdays
