Job Description

The Field Auto Claims Adjuster inspects vehicle damage, investigates claims, documents evidence, prepares repair estimates, and negotiates settlements with claimants and repair shops. This role requires regular travel to accident sites and coordination with vendors, tow services, and legal teams. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, strong knowledge of auto repair and estimating software, excellent communication skills, and 1–3 years of claims or collision experience preferred.
