Job Description:
- Manage financial functions for business acquisition and program execution.
- Set up and validate complex invoices for customers.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices per contract terms.
- Provide billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance teams.
- Reconcile invoices and accounts receivable for accuracy.
- Support audits and participate in process improvements.
- Assist in cash application research and reconciliation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and contract compliance.
