Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Fish Packer to join our team at US1151 Buckhead Meat Florida (Division of Buckhead). The selected candidate will be responsible for the final quality check of our seafood products before they are boxed, ensuring proper labeling in accordance with work orders.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper icing of all fish orders.
- Assist in the salmon line run.
- Manage proper boxing, weight recording, and labeling of seafood as per work orders.
- Accurate completion of all work orders for customer service.
- Assist in salmon prep and other species prep, filleting, and line production when necessary.
