Job Description

We are hiring a Food Production Worker I to support daily manufacturing tasks in our food facility. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, operating basic production equipment, following recipes and quality standards, packaging and labeling products, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety (GMP/HACCP). Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior food production or factory experience is a plus. Reliable attendance, willingness to work shifts, and adherence to safety procedures are required.
