Job Description
Prepare and serve fountain items within 5–8 minutes per Steak n Shake specs. Operate multi-mixer, CRT, ice-cream spade, correct dippers; monitor temps; restock; clean and sanitize; follow safety, uniform, and company standards. Physical: vision, hearing, dexterity; stand, bend, lift/carry up to 30 lbs. Mental/social: basic reading/math, teamwork, stress composure, planning, remember orders.
