Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them in and out, answering inquiries, and handling reservations. You will also assist in managing guests’ needs and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
