Job Description

Reports To: Front Desk Supervisor
Exempt Status: Non-exempt
Pay: $15.05 – $17.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Basic Purpose: Check-in and check-out guests while achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
- Handle guest registration and room assignments.
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently and friendly.
- Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries.
Schedule: Flexible 10, 8, and 4-hour shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience: 1 year hotel experience preferred.
