Job Description
Acuworx Acupuncture Studio is seeking a positive, self-motivated Front Desk Receptionist to enhance our patients’ experience. This role is pivotal in managing a busy front desk, greeting patients, and coordinating appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient schedules and high patient volume
- Communicate with patients via phone and email
- Assist acupuncturists and maintain a clean, organized environment
- Perform administrative tasks including filing and inventory management
Qualifications:
- 4+ years as a Front Desk Receptionist, preferably in a medical setting
- Detail-oriented and personable with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Google Drive; experience with EHR systems a plus
This position offers $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
