Job Description:

Welcome new patients by greeting each person who walks in the door and answering the telephone. Assist patients in completing necessary forms and maintain records in compliance with privacy regulations. Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calls and messages, and collect payments while providing education on financial treatment options.

Qualifications:

• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and 2-3 years in customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule: 32 – 40 hours per week
