Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at July’s Salon Spa. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk.
- Perform clerical tasks including typing and proofreading.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly.
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
