Job Description
US Heart and Vascular is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our Float team at HeartPlace clinics in the DFW area. In this role, you’ll register new patients, ensure accurate demographic information, manage co-pays, handle incoming calls, and support both the check-out and scheduling processes.
Requirements include 1 year of medical front desk and customer service experience, 6 months of EMR experience (ECW or Athena preferred), and 6 months of prior authorization experience.
