Job Description

Join SplashBrands as a Graphic Support Specialist. You’ll prepare print-ready files in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for our production team and manage order-related customer support via email and phone. Responsibilities include creating, saving, and uploading customer logo files, collaborating with internal teams to meet tight deadlines, and handling customer inquiries professionally. Required skills: proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, strong organization and time management, meticulous attention to detail, and clear phone and email communication.
