Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Group Fitness Instructor position is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing fitness classes tailored for adults aged 50 and above.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience teaching fitness classes for seniors. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Plan and implement senior fitness classes.
- Interact positively with participants in a group setting.
- Maintain safety and follow guidelines.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
Must maintain a current CPR/AED certification.
SALARY
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
