Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions. You will also handle reservations, manage guest requests, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
