Job Description

We are hiring a Guest Service Agent to provide friendly, efficient front-desk and guest support. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, managing reservations, answering inquiries by phone and email, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and resolving guest concerns professionally. Candidates should have excellent English communication, strong customer service skills, basic computer literacy (PMS/booking systems), attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts.
