Job Description
Position Summary: As a Guest Services Representative at Orlando Health, you will provide directions to guests and team members within our hospital system and the surrounding Orlando area.
Responsibilities include escorting guests to their in-hospital destinations, maintaining knowledge of hospital personnel and departments, responding to inquiries, and assisting with transportation arrangements. You will also make regular rounds to identify and meet patient and visitor needs and maintain excellent relationships with staff.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in a customer service setting are required.
