Job Description

We are seeking a Hatchery Processing Crew Leader to oversee daily hatchery operations, coordinate processing teams, and enforce biosecurity and welfare standards. You will schedule and train staff, monitor production and quality control, maintain records, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety protocols. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in poultry or hatchery processing, knowledge of HACCP or similar systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
