Job Description
Watson Clinic is seeking a dedicated Health Information Analyst. A High School diploma or GED is required, along with one to two years of related experience.
The ideal candidate will handle medical record charts, prepare chart packs, monitor dictation systems, and coordinate reports with transcription companies. Proficiency in applications such as Paragon and Laserfiche is essential.
Responsibilities also include processing release of information requests and ensuring all medical records are accurately maintained and scanned prior to destruction.
Strong troubleshooting skills for PC and printing issues are a plus, and a self-sufficient approach to assisting physicians with record completion is expected.
