Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our technical support team. In this role, you will provide first-level support to our users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.
You will be responsible for maintaining documentation of support activities and collaborating with team members to improve user experience and service delivery.
