Job Description

Primary Purpose:

• To assist in the efficient operation of the counseling office as a liaison between the school and the public.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution (required)

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• General Clerical Skills
• Good Telephone & Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Computer skill/experience

Responsibilities:

• Receptionist for counseling area
• Assist with registration
• Maintain student records
• Schedule parent-teacher conferences
• Perform clerical duties
