Job Description

Springfield School District is seeking a dedicated individual for the full-time position of Duty Assistant/Hall Monitor at our High School. In this role, you will foster a positive rapport with students and staff while ensuring a safe and orderly environment in hallways, the cafeteria, and during arrival/dismissal times. This is a full-time position, 10 months per year, requiring 7 hours per day, 5 days a week. The minimum starting rate is $15.00 per hour, and this position includes pension and benefits.
