Home Care Consulting, a licensed home care agency serving the five boroughs, is seeking a full-time HHA/PCA Field Recruiter to assist in our hiring campaign for new caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries from job boards and social media.
- Generate new leads for potential applicants.
- Funnel applicants to HR and assist with onboarding.
- Represent the agency at training school presentations and community events.
Salary: $80,00.00 – $110,00.00 per year
