Job Description
VIRTUA is currently seeking a dedicated Home Health Staffing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain staffing schedules while serving as a resource for scheduling and staffing procedures. Weekend availability is required.
Position Responsibilities:
- Schedule personnel according to staffing needs, following union contract guidelines.
- Collaborate with the management team on timely staffing decisions.
- Maintain and update staffing statistics in computer records.
- Perform clerical functions such as answering phones and filing.
- Maintain agency files and ensure accurate billing.
Qualifications: Computer literacy is required, with a preference for previous nurse staff scheduling experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
