Job Description

Job Overview: VitalCare Hospice is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries
• Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
• Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information

Qualifications: Proficiency in phone and computerized systems, excellent communication skills, one year of phone etiquette experience required. Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling software is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.65 per hour. Full-time and part-time positions available.
