Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: Greet guests, manage reservations, escort to tables, maintain cleanliness, collaborate with servers, resolve inquiries, and manage takeout orders.
Requirements: Hospitality experience preferred, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and POS knowledge is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time, $15.00/hour, 10-20 hours/week, evening shift. Location: Philadelphia, PA 19107.
