Job Description

Overview: The Front Desk Associate delivers exceptional service, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities include processing check-ins and check-outs, issuing room keys, and resolving guest issues while adhering to standards. Your pay package will include base pay, tips, monthly bonuses, and sales commissions of up to 5%.

Qualifications: Previous hotel experience required; Hyatt experience is a plus. Must be available most weekends.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour, with expected hours of 32 per week.
