Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Saila Inn. This role involves accommodating guests and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

– Register and assign rooms to guests

– Confirm phone and online reservations

– Address guest needs and resolve complaints

– Collect payments from departing guests

– Maintain records of occupied rooms and guests

– Communicate important guest information to relevant departments

Qualifications:
