Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate HR files and documentation.
- Assist applicants and employees with FAQs.
- Ensure confidentiality of HR records.
- Conduct audits of HR files.
- Provide clerical support to HR.
- Assist with payroll functions as needed.
- Act as liaison with benefits providers.
- Participate in new hire orientation.
- Help plan special events.
- Perform other assigned duties.
