Job Description

We are hiring an HR Solution Architect to design and lead scalable HR technology solutions that align with business strategy. You will translate HR needs into technical architecture and roadmaps.

Responsibilities include leading HRIS implementations (Workday, SuccessFactors), solution design, integrations, data migration, security, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to improve HR processes.

Qualifications: 5+ years in HR systems architecture or HRIS, strong knowledge of cloud HR platforms, integration tools, data modeling, project leadership, and excellent communication skills.
