Job Description

Wrigley Field Events is seeking a friendly and organized Info Desk Attendant. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and event staff, providing information and assistance with a welcoming demeanor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests at the information desk
• Provide directions and answer questions
• Coordinate with event teams and assist with lost and found
• Maintain an organized desk area

Requirements: High school diploma preferred, customer service experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility for varied schedules.

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour with benefits.
