Job Description
Join our team as an Infusion Patient Account Analyst responsible for managing billing, insurance verification, and patient accounts for infusion services. You will review claims, reconcile statements, appeal denials, and coordinate with clinical and billing teams to ensure accurate charge capture and timely collections. Candidates should have one to three years of healthcare billing or patient-account experience, familiarity with CPT/HCPCS coding for infusion, insurance payer rules, and proficiency with EHR/billing systems. Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills required. Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
