Job Description
We are South Bowl, seeking a detail-oriented and analytical culinary expert to oversee our food inventory, menu, and recipe programs. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end kitchens and a passion for high-quality plate presentations.
Duties include:
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Maintain and organize recipes with pictures.
- Manage food ordering and troubleshoot cost issues.
- Participate in menu changes and oversee food quality.
Enjoy a Monday to Friday daytime schedule, with full-time and part-time options available. The pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
