We are South Bowl, seeking a detail-oriented and analytical culinary expert to oversee our food inventory, menu, and recipe programs. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end kitchens and a passion for high-quality plate presentations.

Duties include:

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
• Maintain and organize recipes with pictures.
