Job Description
Abacus I.T. is seeking an experienced IT Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for clients’ IT issues, creating tickets, and coordinating help desk technicians.
Responsibilities include taking calls, managing ticket assignments, and coordinating schedules. Candidates must have 2 years of customer service experience, strong computer skills (MS Office), and knowledge of ticketing systems preferred.
Pay ranges from $21.64 to $24.04 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.
