Job Description
Excellere IT Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Service Support Technician. This role involves being part of the Service Team in a hybrid on/off-site position. Key responsibilities include answering Tier I/II IT Support Desk calls, providing onsite and offsite customer support, managing asset and inventory tracking, and assisting with Professional Services Automation (PSA) improvements. The technician will handle various technical issues, including password resets, OS problems, and Office suite inquiries. A successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume support environment, strong communication skills, and a dedication to service excellence.
