Job Description
Z Networks is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team at our Marysville location. As an IT consulting company offering MSP services, we provide exceptional support to our clients.
In this role, you will deliver remote helpdesk services and, when necessary, travel to client locations for in-person assistance. Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Collaborating with team members.
- Updating documentation and processes.
- Briefing the IT Coordinator and executives.
Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, customer service skills, and experience with Windows Server, Azure, AWS, and Mac OS. We offer 2 Weeks PTO, 4 Paid Holidays, and a salary of $60-$80k, depending on experience.
