Job Description
Ludwig and Company, a prominent property management firm serving Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, is seeking a Janitor/Groundskeeper for our 230-unit apartment community in Chicago, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established local company.
The Janitor will perform general cleaning and minor maintenance duties. A high school diploma or GED is required. No prior experience is necessary. Candidates must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
